At Folwrs, we stand by the quality of our services. Our policy is designed to be simple and fair: we prioritize refilling any drops in your purchased services before issuing a refund. This ensures you receive the value you paid for. This policy outlines our 30-Day Refill Guarantee and the specific conditions under which a refund may be issued.

2. 30-Day Refill Guarantee

Most of our services come with a 30-day refill guarantee. This is our promise to you that we will restore any drop in followers, likes, or views that you purchased from us.

  • Eligibility: The guarantee applies if your follower, like, or view count drops below the total amount you had after your order was completed. The 30-day period begins on the date your order is marked as complete.
  • Process: If you notice a drop, contact our support team. We will verify the drop and, if eligible, initiate a refill to restore your numbers. Refills are typically processed within 24-48 hours.
  • Exclusions: Some promotional or specially-priced services may be marked as "No Refill." This will be clearly indicated at the time of purchase.

3. Refund Eligibility

A refund is considered only after we have attempted to provide a refill. Our process is Refill First.

You are eligible for a full or partial refund under the following circumstances:

  • Failed Refill: If you request a refill within the 30-day guarantee period and we are unable to restore your numbers within a reasonable timeframe (typically 72 hours), you are eligible for a refund proportional to the undelivered amount.
  • Non-Delivery of Initial Order: In the rare event that we cannot complete your initial order as described, you will receive a full refund.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued under the following conditions, as they are outside of our control:

  • Drops After 30 Days: Our refill guarantee and refund eligibility expire 30 days after your order is completed.
  • Account Profile Changes: No refills or refunds will be provided if the drop occurs after you have changed your username or made your account private. Your account must remain public and use the same username for the duration of the guarantee period.
  • Third-Party Services: If you use another provider for social media growth simultaneously, we cannot determine the cause of a drop, and our guarantee becomes void.
  • Platform Updates: We are not responsible for drops resulting from major platform-wide updates or purges by Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.
  • "No Refill" Services: Services that were explicitly marked as "No Refill" at the time of purchase are not eligible for refunds or refills.

5. Processing Time

  • Refill Requests: Verified refill requests are typically started within 24-48 hours.
  • Refunds: If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original method of payment.

To request a refill or inquire about a refund, please contact our support team with your order ID and social media username.

7. Fair Use & Abuse Prevention

This policy is designed to protect our customers and our business. Folwrs reserves the right to deny refills or refunds if we detect fraudulent activity, abuse of our services, or a chargeback attempt without first contacting our support team.
